If an item is available for purchase on our site, you will be able to “Add to Cart” on the product detail page. The availability of an item is shown by either a or an next to the purchasing option.

If you do not see the red “Add to Cart” box, the item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be ordered at that time. However, you do have the option, on most items, to add an out of stock item.

Proceed to Checkout: If you have an account, sign in to enjoy a faster checkout process. Please note: You can create an account at any time. However, you do not need one to make a purchase.

Enter Billing and Shipping Address: To avoid delays in the authorization process, please enter your Billing Address exactly as it appears on your billing statement. Important: Store Pickup orders require a driver’s license or government-issued ID, where the first and last names match the Billing address entered.

You can either choose your Billing Address as your Shipping Address, or select an alternate address. You can also ship to multiple addresses.

During checkout, you will have the option of adding, editing or deleting an address. You can also make these changes in the “My Account” section of our website.

Please verify your shipping information before you proceed. We are unable to make any changes to the shipping destination once your order has been submitted.


Select your Payment Method: We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and several third-party payment options.

Promotional Codes: If you have a promotional code, enter it into the “Coupon Code” field. Promotional codes need to be entered one at a time. Using multiple promotional codes might void promotions that have already been applied. Any promotional discounts will be reflected in the Cost Summary section on the Review page. Promotional codes may not be redeemed in store for Pay in Store orders; All codes must be redeemed online at time of the initial order.

Create an Account: If you do not have an account, you can create one by entering your email address and password in the “Create An Account” box. Then, click “Submit.” By creating an account, you can conveniently store your order history, billing address and shipping address. You’ll also be able to track and check the status of your order(s). Your password keeps your information secure and ensures that only you can access your account.

We offer several different shipping methods. The method that you choose determines how quickly your item will arrive. The choices available depend on:

1) The item(s) purchased.
2) The in-stock availability of the product.
3) The shipping destination.

We have several shipping method depending on the product purchase, we ship very fast and our shipping courier depends on how fast we believe your product we get to you. Several factors such as shipping destination(s) and size and weight of your item(s). Your order will default to economy shipping however you may choose a different method simply by selecting from the options displayed. Please note that for larger and/or heavier items, you may only be provided with a Freight option.

Economy Shipping: Typically arrives in 6-9 business days*
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-5 business days*
Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-3 business days*
Express Shipping: Typically arrives in 1-2 business days*
Freight Shipping: Typically arrives in 7-14 business days*
*In order to determine the estimated receipt date of your items and make the appropriate selection for your needs, please carefully review the Availability section during the checkout process. When selecting ship method, you will be presented with a date range based upon your selection, which provides you with an expected timeframe for the arrival of your items.


Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including Express Shipping.
Once your order is submitted, no changes may be made including address, shipping method, etc.
Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to arrive.
Delivery time for oversized items differ slightly from the above options. Please refer to our Oversized Items section for details.
2 additional days should be added to your delivery date if using our Pay in Store payment option to accommodate the timeframe in which you have to visit the store and pay for your order.
Expedited Shipping and Express Shipping orders require a street address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by:

Free Shipping eligibility: Eligible items ship FREE if the dollar value of all eligible items in your basket meets or exceeds the free shipping promotional threshold however, surcharges may apply for oversized items. Look for the red box that states ???Ships Free??? to help you in determining eligible items. (details)

The destination of your item(s): Destinations outside the continental US may incur higher shipping costs.

The shipping method you select: You will be prompted to pick your shipping option during checkout (Economy, Standard, Expedited, or Express).

The size and weight of your item: Some heavy and/or oversized items may incur a surcharge.

The number of shipping destinations: If you ship items to multiple addresses, a separate flat rate may apply to each shipping destination. Your total shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Order Tracking?

Q. Order Tracking?

You will receive a ship confirmation email that will contain your tracking number for your order. Please note that if you placed an order for multiple items, those items may ship separately and result in multiple tracking numbers. Not all tracking numbers will show movement immediately. It is possible that while the order has left our facility, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system.

Orders placed on the DNC MAXX website may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods, therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on:

1) The type of product you purchased
2) The ‘How to get it’ method you selected during checkout
3) The carrier that is delivering your product(s).

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, “Order Status/Tracking” on the DNC MAXX website will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details.


If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

Return Policy – Online
You can return your order to us through the address on the contact page of our website which is our location for now and also serve as our Online Return Centers.

Online purchases returned within 30 days to our online Returns Center by mail will receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.

Items must be returned, in new, or like-new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned.

For security, your billing name, address and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card monthly billing statement. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Authorization Process and Holds on Credit and Debit Cards

Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a charge to your account – This is known as an “authorization hold” and is placed on your account by your financial institution to make sure funds are available once your order ships. While you have not been charged, this hold does lower your available balance and typically lasts 3-7 days, depending on the policy of your financial institution.

Regular Orders = Authorization Holds occur at the time the order is placed and will typically drop once the order is shipped.

Cancelled Orders = Timelines for authorization holds vary based on financial institutions policies.

Sales Tax?

The amount of sales tax charged to an order varies depending on the state the item(s) will be shipped to and local sales tax laws. You will be able to see the sales tax amount before submitting your order.
